Through personalized coaching, I create an exploratory environment for my clients to practice being deeply present with themselves.

I work with dynamic and thoughtful entrepreneurs, artists, athletes, and leaders to explore who they’re becoming and what impact they hope to have on the world.

What unites my clients across diverse industries and life stages is a desire to show up as their true selves, and a belief that this powerful inner work will positively ripple into their lives and communities.
